Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Providence Plantation, there is a hidden gem for Charlotte’s music community. Built and operated by long-time native and musician "Papa Craig" Lewis, this unique venue was born from a simple mission: to provide a welcoming, professional space for musicians to network, perform, and showcase their art.

A Unique Outdoor Setting
Unlike the hustle and bustle of a downtown club, our venue offers a relaxed, friendly residential atmosphere. The outdoor setting is perfect for enjoying live music under the stars. We offer deck seating for those who want to kick back, or you can bring your own folding chairs and blankets to spread out on the lawn. When the music takes a break, guests can gather around the firepits, challenge friends to a board or participation game, or step up to the horseshoe pit.

The "Papa Craig" Philosophy: Plug In and Play
As a musician himself, Papa Craig knows the struggle of hauling heavy gear. That is why the venue is equipped with a complete, high-quality backline. Whether you are a guitarist, bassist, drummer, or keyboardist, we have you covered. We provide the instruments and microphones, all routed through a state-of-the-art Behringer XR-18 digital mixer and a powerful Front of House PA system featuring an 18" subwoofer and side-stage monitors. The goal is simple: great live sound with zero hassle.

A Note on Gear (The "No Heavy Amps" Rule)
To keep the stage spacious and the mix clean, we ask performers to leave the heavy stacks at home. We encourage the use of pedalboards, amp modelers, and effects processors. By sending everything direct through the mixer, we ensure a uniform, balanced mix for the audience and a pristine sound for the musicians.

More Than Just Music
While music is our passion, the venue is a versatile space for community connection. From intimate songwriter circles to full band showcases, and even social events like horseshoe tournaments, karaoke and game nights, the space is designed to bring people together.
